A tooth that needs prosthetic treatment can be reconstructed in different ways. We can manufacture different types of veneers and bridges, inlays and onlays.

Veneers and dental bridges

In the case of a badly damaged tooth that cannot be properly repaired with a filling, we can manufacture a veneer as one of the possible options.

Missing teeth can be replaced with classic dental bridges, whereby at least two teeth have to be ground along the gap. At your request, however, the gap can also be filled by inserting an implant that will be veneered at a later time.

We can manufacture both porcelain veneers and metal-free all-porcelain veneers. The advantage of all-porcelain technology is the biocompatibility of materials, which have a harmless effect on the organism.

A novelty on the market are products made of LAVA ceramic, where a frame made of zirconium oxide is used instead of metal for the skeleton. With LAVA ceramics, we can better protect our teeth because less of the tooth is ground off than during other manufacturing processes. Veneers and bridges made of zirconium meet higher aesthetic standards, since they can hardly be distinguished from natural teeth. LAVA ceramic products do not cause unpleasant irritations and allergies. Due to its high strength, LAVA ceramics can also be used in the back of the oral cavity.

We make a digital dental cast (scan) with the revolutionary 3Shape TRIOS 3 Wireless intraoral scanner, which shows the condition of your teeth in 3D on a computer screen. Together with you we can successfully plan your smile with the smile design system.

Veneers

Porcelain veneers are mainly used in the anterior of the teeth, on permanently discolored and broken off teeth, when filling smaller diastemata and reshaping your front teeth. With porcelain veneers, we can aesthetically transform your teeth into healthy tooth tissue with minimally invasive procedures. We usually grind only a thin layer of tooth enamel off the teeth. This is followed by a digital dental cast of the teeth using the 3Shape TRIOS 3 Wireless intraoral scanner. When analyzing the dental cast, we can plan your smile in cooperation with you. The ceramic veneer is then made in the laboratory and cemented onto the tooth during your next visit.

With such veneers, discoloration and irregularities in the tooth shape can be permanently corrected. Ceramic veneers never change color or darken.

Inlay and onlay

Inlays or onlays are dental filling-like products. The inlay is inserted between the topsides of the teeth, and the onlay is a more extensive renewal that covers one or more topsides. They are made of high-quality ceramic materials.

Only two practice visits are required to produce inlays and onlays. The prepared tooth is scanned with the 3Shape TRIOS 3 Wireless intraoral scanner. The 3D image is analyzed and sent to a certified laboratory, where an inlay / onlay is produced that adapts exactly to the ground part of the tooth. On the second visit, the inlay / onlay is cemented onto the tooth.
